2 Homes as a permanent Operations Manager / Responsible Individual? If you have experience in Family Assessment I want to speak to you. This provider is eager to speak to experienced Children’s Responsible Individual or Registered Manager with a good background on Ofsted to hit the ground running to manage the day to day running of the services and support the Managers.

Responsible Individual Requirements:
- Extensive Children’s RM experience
- Good Ofsted experience
- Family Assessment experience is essential
- RI / Regional experience preferred
As a Responsible Individual, you’ll be responsible for the operations of the Homes to ensure the safeguarding, manage disciplinaries and have general oversight for all things KPI related in the Children’s Homes.
