What you’ll be doing As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for finding great candidates to fill open roles that come in from existing clients and the business development team. This is a varied role where you'll be managing many different tasks at once. Your duties will include: * Liaising directly with clients to understand their needs and provide updates. * Registering and meeting with candidates, which may involve driving to locations across the UK. * Formatting CVs and preparing candidate profiles for clients. * Matching candidates to open vacancies and presenting the job opportunity to them. * Coordinating interviews, offers, contracts, and start dates. * Gaining feedback from clients and providing it to candidates.
