Are you a natural salesperson with a flair for interior design? Love creating inspiring spaces and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We're recruiting on behalf of a beautiful, design-led tile showroom in Cardiff, and this is a fantastic opportunity to join a passionate retail team where creativity meets consultative selling.
This isn't just retail — it's about inspiring customers, understanding their vision, and helping them transform their homes with stunning tile solutions.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Welcoming customers and understanding their project needs
* Inspiring tiling ideas - from first homes to trade projects
* Recommending products with confidence and design flair
* Completing sales accurately and efficiently
* Maintaining showroom standards and visual displays
* Managing stock, deliveries and general housekeeping
* Working collaboratively with a supportive team
What We're Looking For:
* A confident, outgoing and enthusiastic personality
* Strong sales and customer service skills
* A genuine interest in interiors, design and colour
* Ability to build rapport and understand customer projects
* Good numeracy skills (area calculations etc.)
* IT literate and comfortable handling transactions
* Flexible to work weekends (5 days over 7 rota)
* Happy to assist with stock handling
* Experience within home improvements is desirable but not essential — personality and passion are key.
