Role: Junior EUS Device Management Analyst
At Investec, our EUS Device Management team delivers essential IT services across the business. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented junior to join this well-established Device Management team. This is a fast-paced role with plenty of learning opportunities. You'll gain exposure to a broad set of tasks, with one day you might be supporting the Walk-In Centre and the next performing desk visits. No two days are the same, and you'll be encouraged to learn quickly and develop a strong attention to detail.
What will you be doing?
1. Assist with new joiner onboarding and offboarding processes
2. Track and manage IT assets (laptops, MacBooks, mobiles, iPads)
3. Support procurement activities and maintain procurement records
4. Aid in laptop builds and configuration
5. Manage mobile phone contracts and device allocation
6. Support print services and office equipment management
7. Perform desk setups, moves, and related activities
8. Provide support at the Walk-In Centre
9. Deliver “White Glove” service to internal customers as required
10. Maintain accurate asset records and contribute to process improvements
11. Collaborate with the ITS team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

14. Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset
15. Willingness to perform a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities
16. Basic IT literacy; comfortable working with assets, inventories, and documentation
17. Team player who can work across different locations and teams
Nice-to-have (desirable)
18. Prior experience in IT asset management, procurement, or device support
19. Exposure to desk moves, onboarding/offboarding, or walk-in service desks
20. Interest in IT service delivery and operations
21. Familiarity with asset tracking systems or basic ticketing tools
22. Open to travelling to regional offices from time to time where required.
As part of our collaborative & agile culture, our working week is 4 days in the office and one day remote.
