Recruitment Resourcer: St Austell Based
Established recruitment agency – working within our busy multi‑sector divisions. Exciting opportunity with long‑term scope. Excellent training and progression prospects with fast tracking to becoming a recruitment consultant within 6‑12 months. Original 1‑in‑6 weekend on‑call paid at £150 per call with further incentives based on reference checking and completed registrations. Free car parking. Mid February 2026 start.
Contract
Permanent, Full Time. Hours: Monday–Friday 9am‑5pm; plus one weekend in six (approx.) on‑call (paid). Salary: £24,500 + on‑call + commission (based on amount of references obtained and candidates registered in a month) + benefits and opportunity to progress within the business.
The Role
* Recruit staff across all divisions – Industrial, Catering, Commercial, and Care.
* Attend job fairs and job centres, source CVs and register all levels of candidates.
* Input details into the recruitment system, check availability and book staff.
* Help assess candidates and chase work references.
* Work with consultants to help them achieve daily targets.
* Opportunity to move into a consultant role within 6‑12 months.
Candidate Specification
* Excellent communication and IT skills.
* Highly organised with strong work ethic.
* Experience in sales, customer service, or recruitment preferred.
* Ability to work under high pressure in a fast‑paced team.
* Proactive in identifying, planning and sourcing staff for temp and perm positions.
