About the Programme
The 24‑month Advanced Production Systems (APS) Graduate Programme provides experience, knowledge and skills to become a competent and confident professional engineer. It gives you the chance to work across key departments – Machines, Mechatronics and Controls – and to develop and implement innovative manufacturing systems, automation and production technologies.
What We’re Looking For
* Accredited bachelor’s degree (2:1 minimum) in a relevant STEM discipline (Mechatronics, Robotics, Robotic Systems, Autonomous Systems, Control Engineering, Intelligent Machining or similar)
* Enthusiasm for continued personal development and a learning mindset
* Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey technical data to a non‑technical audience clearly and confidently
