Overview
We are seeking a confident and highly motivated individual with initiative and determination to join our Digital Performance Agency as a Marketing Account Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, developing strategic marketing campaigns and ensuring the delivery of measurable results. A strong understanding of digital marketing principles, tools and platforms is preferred; however excellent communication and written skills along with quick-thinking and an ability to learn is essential.
Role
* Develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to client objectives.
* Oversee project timelines and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
* Analyse performance and prepare detailed reports for clients.
* Assist with the management of ad campaigns and collaborate with partner ad agencies.
* Create engaging content including copywriting for websites and email newsletters.
* Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within target industries.
* Communicate and liaise with clients, present strategic recommendations, and future plans.
Skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; confident in telephone/video conversations.
* Motivated, resourceful and proactive.
* Tech-savvy and proficient - ideally familiar with Mac OS and use of basic applications such as Dropbox and Slack.
* A fundamental understanding of SEO & CRO as well as digital marketing experience would be advantageous.
* Analytical mindset with strong analysis skills to interpret data insights into actionable strategies.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. This role is ideal for a proactive individual passionate about digital marketing who is eager to drive innovative campaigns and contribute to organisational growth through strategic account management.
Hours and pay are flexible, depending on your experience and circumstances — we're focused on finding the right person for the role.

Pay: £18,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
