A supportive primary school in Ormskirk is seeking a Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a pupil with SEMH needs. The school is looking for someone who can confidently manage challenging behaviour and provide consistent, nurturing support.
You will help the pupil engage with classroom activities, develop emotional regulation skills and build positive relationships with peers and staff. The role requires patience, resilience and a genuine commitment to supporting children with additional needs.
Experience in behaviour support, alternative education, youth work or similar environments will be highly beneficial.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
