Safeguarding Administrator Vale of Glamorgan | £13.69 per hour | Hybrid Working | Temporary Introduction Acorn by Synergie are recruiting for a temporary Administrator to join a Public Sector client's Safeguarding team. This role is hybrid, with the office based in the Vale of Glamorgan. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting child protection processes and safeguarding administration. Key Duties: Manage all safeguarding administrative duties, with a primary focus on Child Protection. Accurately minute Child Protection Conferences. Arrange, convene, and coordinate Child Protection meetings and conferences. Produce, distribute, and manage approved Child Protection minutes in line with statutory requirements. Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to support safeguarding processes. Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information professionally and discreetly. Requirements: Strong administrative experience, ideally within safeguarding or child protection settings. Excellent attention to detail and minute-taking skills. Confident handling sensitive and confidential information. Strong organisational and time-management abilities. Comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
