Our client is a London-based company creating high-quality, design-led bath, body, wellness, and lifestyle products. They are known for their innovation, quality, and long-standing partnerships with premium retailers across the UK. They are looking for a Senior National Account Manager to oversee a large portfolio of retail accounts. As Senior National Account Manager you’ll lead strategy, drive growth across multiple channels, and develop strong relationships to maximise sales, margins, and brand presence.
Key responsibilities:
* Full P&L ownership of a larger portfolio of retailers.
* Develop and deliver joint business plans that drive growth and enhance brand presence.
* Manage monthly sales, promotions, and retail marketing activities.
* Work closely with NPD, Logistics, and Operations to ensure smooth product launches and campaigns.
* Analyse sales and sell-through data to optimise stock, assortment, and promotional activity.
* Be the main point of contact for buyers, building relationships and identifying opportunities.
* Provide reporting and insights to guide forecasts, margin management, and business decisions.
Experience required:
* 5+ years managing UK retail accounts, ideally across multiple channels.
* Strong analytical, strategic, and negotiation skills with a proven record of driving growth.
* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
* Confident managing complex accounts and multiple stakeholders.
* Experience in beauty, personal care, or lifestyle products is highly desirable.
