About the Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will support students aged 11-16 (KS3-KS4) throughout their school day. Your role will include: Supporting students in the classroom with their academic work Providing 1:1 and small-group support when required Promoting positive behaviour and engagement Helping ensure students feel safe, supported, and prepared to learn Working closely with teachers, pastoral leads, and SEN specialists This position offers the opportunity to build strong, trusting relationships with students and help them reach their full potential.
