* Appointing and conducting face-to-face business reviews with each customer to gain a full and detailed understanding of their requirements, allowing you to tailor your approach and solution to match their needs

* Signing 10-12 new customers per calendar month


Responsibilities

* Regularly prospecting for new business via self-sourced leads and cold calling
* Appointing and conducting face-to-face business reviews with each customer to gain a full and detailed understanding of their requirements, allowing you to tailor your approach and solution to match their needs
* Presenting our market-leading proposition and savings, negotiating, and closing business contracts with new customers
* Signing 10-12 new customers per calendar month


To succeed you'll have:

* Result-oriented approach - maximize opportunities through referrals, networking, and relationship building
* Thrives in a dynamic environment with quick turnarounds, and delivering work that exceeds customer expectations
* Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to objectively evaluate and influence
* Resilience in overcoming objections while maintaining a positive outlook
* Proficiency with Microsoft applications and customer success software such as Salesforce (CRM)
* Ability to evidence success in a sales role
* Full UK Driving Licence


How you'll be rewarded:

* £34,000 basic salary
* £4,800 car allowance + 25p per mile fuel
* Uncapped commission structure with an average OTE of £65k, top achievers earning £100k+
* Quarterly & annual incentives
* 25 days annual leave, plus 8 UK bank holidays
