How You’ll Make an Impact
1. You will assist the Sales Team in winning opportunities that align with the SE GS CD product and services portfolio, driving annual order entry targets.
2. Collaborate with the Operations team to develop business execution strategies prior to proposal submissions, ensuring optimal labor planning for successful project delivery.
3. Match the SE GS CD portfolio with customer needs, considering their market objectives and strategies to create compelling offers.
4. Evaluate market prices and competition to support successful customer contract negotiations, enhancing order value and profit.
5. Lead bid preparation for assigned projects, including detailed bid documents, cost calculations, risk assessments, and technical documentation, while providing management reports on bid status and delivery timelines.
What You Bring
1. You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial role within a general contracting environment, preferably in Capital Goods or Engineering.
2. Your background includes at least 5 years of experience in a commercial environment, ideally within the power generation sector, with a focus on DCS controls.
3. You possess 5 years of experience in Bid Management or Tendering within a Capital Goods Sales environment, particularly in the Energy or Power Market.
4. Familiarity with Siemens control systems (T3000, PCS7, S7, S5) is advantageous but not essential.
5. You are skilled in leading FEED studies to develop technical and commercial solutions for future projects.
