Hours: 2 hours per week – 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm (as and when required).
We are pleased to offer a casual cleaning position within our Premises Team, providing support to the school on an ad-hoc basis as required.
We are looking for someone who:
* Strives to be the best, having high expectations of themselves and their work
* Is well organised and demonstrates real commitment to team working
* Is reflective of their own practice and prepared to use their initiative
Duties will include:
* Cleaning, washing, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing and vacuum cleaning of designated areas to the required standards
* Emptying litter bins, and removing waste to designated areas
* Cleaning of toilets and washrooms to the required standard where allocated
* Sweeping and mopping of dining areas, and school halls
* Using powered equipment where necessary (scrubbing machines, wet pick-up machines, vacuum cleaners)
* Cleaning of working surfaces and other furniture as directed
* Clearing up after flooding and/or any other emergency cleaning
* Effective and efficient on-site liaison with Site Manager to provide excellent standards of customer care
