About the role
We’re looking for a versatile and delivery-focused Product Owner to join our Product Team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape how product is done across the organisation — not just within a single team or domain, but across multiple business functions and workflows.
You’ll play a central role in translating complex business needs into actionable product requirements, managing the delivery process, and supporting adoption through clear communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis capability and is passionate about advocating for product-led ways of working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key duties and responsibilities
* Own the day-to-day product delivery process: from backlog management and sprint planning to user acceptance and release support.
* Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges, map processes, and define high quality product requirements.
* Write clear, concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
* Actively challenge, refine, and prioritise requirements to ensure delivery teams are focused on the highest impact work.
* Support product launches by creating user guides, release notes, training materials, and videos.
* Help run beta test, capture feedback, and iterate quickly based on real world use.
* Embed and advocate for product ways of working across the organisation, helping others understand how great product development works.
* Foster strong working relationships with business, operations, and technical teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Key skills, experience and qualifications
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a product-focused role (e.g. Product Owner, Business Analyst) within a cross-functional delivery team.
* Strong business analysis skills, able to map and improve business processes, define and validate requirements, and align solutions to user and business needs.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity and facilitate decision making.
* Comfortable working with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and short timelines.
* Skilled in writing user stories, documentation, and supporting user adoption.
* Able to influence and educate non product teams on product thinking and delivery best practices.
