Audit Assistant Manager – Glasgow or Edinburgh. You will have technical knowledge and the ability to deliver client assignments from planning to completion. Key Responsibilities
* Support the management and development of a portfolio of clients and provide assistance to others within the firm
* Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
* Help ensure the firm’s quality control procedures and professional standards are met
* Provide an efficient and proactive service to clients
* Participate in tenders/proposals for new work as required
* Develop work from existing clients and participate in marketing and business development for the Skill Group and the firm
* Prioritise self-development and continuing professional education
* Consult with colleagues and Partners on technical and risk matters
* Collaborate as a team player while also able to work on own initiative
Experience and skills
* Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA) or equivalent experience
* Experience supporting the management and development of a client portfolio
* Experience of coaching and mentoring colleagues
Required qualifications
* A professional accountancy qualification – ACA/ACCA or equivalent; newly qualified or part qualified considered

* Ability to overcome challenges to maintain strong business relations
