* Hours: 20 hours/Part-Time (caseload building)
* Compensation: Starting at $50/hour (commensurate with experience)
* Location: 100% Remote
* Schedule: Flexible (create your own schedule for a great work-life balance)
* Pay Model: 1099 position
* **Must live in CA with a California SLP License**

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
* Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs.
* Provide direct therapy services to students, targeting areas such as articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' communication goals.
* Incorporate evidence-based techniques and therapeutic activities into therapy sessions.
* Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
* Document therapy sessions and progress reports accurately and timely.
* Participate in IEP meetings and provide input regarding students' speech and language needs.
Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
* Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
* Experience providing speech-language therapy services in a school or pediatric setting.
* Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in pediatric speech-language pathology.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Experience in teletherapy or online counseling (preferred).
* Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems (preferred but not required).
