We are seeking an experienced Account Development Manager to join our team. The role involves building strong relationships with existing accounts, upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue, and managing international accounts. The position offers hybrid or remote working options, full-time permanent employment, and requires EU work permit.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing international accounts and building relationships with key stakeholders.
* Creating and reviewing account plans regularly.
* Monitoring KPIs and ensuring service level agreements are met.
* Attending international trade shows and visiting accounts.
* Developing growth strategies based on understanding client business challenges.
* Collaborating with internal teams and managing critical situations.
* Preparing proposals and supporting management decisions.
Candidate requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in key account, sales, or partner management roles.
* Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
* Experience in contract negotiations.
* Resilience, conflict management skills, and fluency in English.
* Problem-solving mindset with a strong business acumen.
* Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
Preferred qualifications:
* Experience in payments, financial services, e-commerce, gaming, or high-risk industries.
* Additional language skills.
