1. QTS, PGCE and strong academic record
2. Creative, imaginative, determined, resourceful and adaptable practitioner
3. Passionate about learning
4. Able to demonstrate a track record of success within a Year 4 environment
5. Able to communicate your passion to children and parents
6. Ability to demonstrate outstanding practice in the classroom
