The Senior Agile Transformation Consultant will guide clients through significant organisational change, focusing on improving effectiveness and embedding sustainable agile practices. You’ll operate at both team and value stream levels, delivering measurable outcomes and acting as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders.
Role Highlights
– Lead client engagements to design and implement operating models and change strategies

– Strong Agile experience
– Demonstrable track record delivering measurable improvements at both team and scaled levels
– Strong presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
– High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and collaborative mindset
– Proven experience navigating complex organisational challenges
