Responsible for managing the delivery specific areas or work packages on projects, meeting KPIs on Safety, Quality, Cost, and Programme. Works as part of the Construction Delivery team, building and managing relationships with Trade/Sub Contractors, internal and external colleagues, and stakeholders.

You will work as part of the Construction Delivery Team, taking direction from the Construction Lead and Project senior leadership team.

You will build a strong working relationship with your clients, supporting the construction lead in translating the client’s vision into an onsite delivery plan.
Provides support to the team in driving performance and results, including performance management, technical development, and coaching.
Responsible for the structure and/or fit-out of a specific area or package, including site conditions, programme, quality, and safety standards.
Liaises with and takes direction from the Project Package Managers regarding Programme and Critical Path works.
Leads forecast Lookahead Meetings for the area or package, working with the Package Manager.
Provides detailed Planned Vs Actual data for all works within their area, escalating deviations to Construction Leadership.
Knows the Project Digital Strategy and where Construction Information can be accessed.
Manages close-out of their area, understanding QAQC Plans, ITPs, and Handover procedures.
Develops effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Actively seeks to understand and utilize the Centre of Excellence (CoE) knowledge base and best practices.
Promotes and drives business priorities through Construction, Digital & Data, and responsible business practices.
Works collaboratively towards the net zero carbon transition, proactively managing associated emissions and reductions during work delivery.

You’ll need to have:
Knowledge of construction methodologies, especially Structural/Facade/Fit Out disciplines.
Knowledge of Method Statement processes and digital platforms.
Knowledge of Mace systems and standards.
Experience managing small packages or areas of work from start to finish onsite.
Proven site management experience and responsibilities.
Knowledge of Health, Safety & Wellbeing standards.
High standards and integrity in approach.
Awareness of Construction Innovation and best practices.
Ability to escalate issues appropriately and perform under pressure.
Understanding of personal strengths and weaknesses, with a willingness to learn and seek support.
Managerial CSCS Card, SMSTS certification.
You’ll also have:
Basic understanding of Programmes, Critical Paths, and MEP.
Recognized professional accreditation (e.g., CIOB).
Awareness of wider strategic context and personal role within it.
Professional development towards Chartership or equivalent.
Experience leading parts of large construction projects and stakeholder relationships.
Knowledge of carbon and sustainability considerations.
