Mathematics Teacher - Northampton
Location: Northampton, NorthamptonshireStart Date: April 2026 or September 2026 | Full-Time | Permanent or Long-Term

Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a range of supportive and well-established secondary schools across Northampton to recruit a committed Mathematics Teacher for April or September 2026 starts. Opportunities are available for both experienced teachers and ECTs seeking the right environment to develop.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Teaching Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential KS5 teaching in some schools
* Planning and delivering lessons that develop fluency, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
* Adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learners, from high achievers to those requiring additional support
* Using assessment effectively to monitor progress and raise attainment
* Supporting intervention strategies, revision sessions, and enrichment activities such as Maths clubs
* Working as part of a collaborative and forward-thinking Maths department
About You:
* Holds QTS/QTLS (or equivalent) in Mathematics
* Strong subject knowledge and confidence teaching the national curriculum at KS3 and KS4
* Committed to high expectations, both academically and behaviourally
* Able to engage, motivate, and support students across a range of abilities
* A team player who contributes positively to school life
