We are partnering with a well-established company in the commercial vehicle industry to recruit a skilled and motivated Commercial Vehicle Body Builder. Based on-site in Sheffield, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to secure a long-term role in a hands-on environment. What We're Looking For: ✅ Proven experience in vehicle body building ✅ Strong MIG welding skills and familiarity with all related welding equipment ✅ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings ✅ Full UK driving licence (HGV licence is a bonus) ✅ A strong work ethic ✅ Own transport is ideal due to location Your Responsibilities Will Include: Building and assembling bespoke vehicle bodywork, including tippers and plant vehicles ️ Performing MIG welding and working with various hand and power tools Interpreting technical drawings to ensure accurate builds Supporting refurbishments, sub-assemblies, and new vehicle builds Working closely with the team to meet production deadlines and customer specs What's In It for You: Hourly Rate: £13.50 - £16.00 (Depending on Experience) Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Friday: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM ⏱️ Overtime: Time and a half after 39 hours; Saturday morning OT available Additional Benefits: ✔️ Paid breaks ✔️ 20 days holiday bank holidays ✔️ Training and professional development opportunities ✔️ On-site canteen with vending machines ✔️ Full workwear and personal locker provided Ready to Get Started?
