Newmarket | 5+ PQE | Hybrid Working Available
Due to continued growth and an increasing caseload, a well-established and highly regarded firm in the heart of Newmarket is looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its friendly and approachable team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident practitioner, ideally with 5+ years’ PQE, who is ready to take ownership of a varied and high-quality caseload from day one.
The Role
You will handle a broad spectrum of private client matters, including:
* Wills
* Probate and Estate Administration
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Court of Protection matters
* Elderly client advice
* Lifetime planning
You will provide clear, practical and empathetic advice to clients, many of whom are long-standing relationships of the firm. The team is known for its personal service and down-to-earth approach, reflected in consistently strong client feedback and testimonials.
You will manage your own caseload with the support of an experienced secretarial team, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent client care and maintaining a strong billing performance.
About You
You will:
* Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
* Have solid experience across a wide range of private client work
* Demonstrate a strong billing track record
* Be confident managing a busy and varied workload
* Possess excellent client care and communication skills
* Be organised, self-motivated and able to work well under pressure
