Abouttherole:
Our Deals Tax team collaborates with the Deals practice to offer tax advice on various projects, including Business Recovery Services, Real Assets & Credit, and Mergers and Acquisitions. We seek a Manager for our Real Assets & Credit tax team within the Real Estate group.

●Actingasoveralldealarchitect-makingacalloncontent,toneandfocusofareport;taking responsibilityforsuccessfuldeliveryandmanagementofyourprojects.
●Workingwiththepartnersanddirectorstoidentifyopportunitiestobringinadditionalservicesand proactivelymanageprojectriskprofilewhenleadingproposalsandkickingoffnewpiecesof work.
●Settingthestandardforcoachingonprojects;taketimetogettoknowtheteamandtheir objectives;makeupskillingapriorityfortheteamwhereappropriate
●Investinginyourclientrelationshipsandkeyclientstakeholderstogettoknowyourclients’ businessconcernsandpriorities.
Thisroleisforyouif:
●YouhaveexperienceofworkingonRealEstateprojectsforkeyclientsoratrackrecordof advisingonUKcorporatetax
●Youhaveexperienceofleadingandcoachingothers
●Youhaveexperienceinbuildingandleveraginginternalandexternalrelationshipsandnetworks
●Youhavedevelopedcommunicationskills,forexample,innegotiatingwithandinfluencingothers
● Mustpossessanaccountingortaxqualification(oraninternationalequivalent)orhave equivalent workexperience.Thisincludesinternationalcandidateswhoqualifythrough experienceintheirhomecountry.
