Your Day to Day
* Lead from the front—mentor, coach, and inspire the team as shift lead.

What We're Looking For
* Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
* Experience: Worked with children in residential care or similar settings; adept at navigating challenging behaviours.
* Passion: Energy, resilience, and a can‑do attitude that inspires others to follow.
