The Role:
As a General Manager, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service, maintaining high standards and expectations. You will coach and develop your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.
Requirements:
* Prioritize creating a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. Provide excellent training, coaching, and mentorship to emerging leaders.
* Dedicate yourself to delivering outstanding guest experiences, ensuring every interaction reflects exceptional service, either through your efforts or by empowering your team.
* Possess strong financial skills, including budgeting, inventory, labor management, and strategic marketing. Use data analysis to inform business decisions and foster continuous improvement.
* Focus on building and nurturing your team, from recruitment through ongoing development, supporting their personal and professional growth.
* Commit to creating an inclusive environment where team members feel respected and valued, enabling them to flourish in their roles and careers.
* Be a proactive problem solver, capable of quick decision-making and thinking on your feet.
