Product Manager, Treasury Payments
My customer is a high-growth SaaS business that empowers CFOs and treasurers with the clarity to act — delivering connected, intelligent solutions for cash forecasting, liquidity management, payments, netting and risk. As their new Product Manager for Payments, you’ll lead one of the most mission-critical domains in the Office of the CFO: building smarter, more secure, and more scalable payment workflows across their global platform.
This is more than a roadmap role. We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on product leader who thrives in complexity, thinks in workflows, partners well with customers and engineers, and wants to reimagine how payments should work in an API-first, AI-augmented, real-time world.

Essential Duties:
* Define and deliver the Payments vision and roadmap across initiation, validation, approval, execution, and monitoring
* Shape a Payments user experience that supports both human workflows and automation
* Champion security, control, compliance, and operational efficiency in every product decision
* Lead agile delivery with design and engineering, maintaining a clear and prioritised backlog
* Act as the voice of the customer, translating complex treasury needs into intuitive solutions
* Partner with ecosystem and channel teams to drive value through integrations and connectivity
* Align with go-to-market, customer success, and implementation teams to ensure smooth rollouts
* Monitor market and regulatory trends in B2B payments and global treasury workflows
* Define success metrics and continuously optimise based on user feedback and performance
* Create internal and external enablement materials that drive confidence and adoption
Skills & Requirements:
* 5+ years in product management, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise platforms
* Experience in treasury, B2B payments, banking, or financial operations strongly preferred
* Proven ability to launch and scale new products or major enhancements
* Agile development familiarity and comfort working in fast-paced, global environments
* High empathy for users paired with strong analytical and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills — both written and verbal
