About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and versatile Graphic Designer to educate patients and healthcare professionals about life-changing treatments and innovations. You will work with a team of creative thinkers, strategists, animators, writers, and healthcare professionals on projects that make a real difference. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wishes to use their creative skills for impactful healthcare communication.
Responsibilities
1. Conceptualise and design compelling visual content across print, digital, and social media, ensuring accessibility and localisation.
2. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver designs aligned with strategic objectives, brand guidelines, and accuracy throughout production.
3. Create engaging materials such as patient education content, clinical trial support resources, and brand campaigns for healthcare organizations.
4. Maintain brand consistency and high design standards, troubleshoot issues, and apply strong typography and layout skills.
5. Contribute creatively during brainstorming and pitch meetings, demonstrating problem-solving skills and technical proficiency, including photo retouching and print production.
6. Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and print-readiness while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications
1. A degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field.
2. At least 3 years of professional experience in a design role, preferably within healthcare or related industries.
Skills
1. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
2. Experience in video editing, animation, or web design is a plus but not essential.
3. A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work, including campaign materials, infographics, and digital assets.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to present ideas clearly and respond to feedback.
