Key Responsibilities: You will lead and inspire the BDM team, ensuring strong understanding of targets and KPI's. You will coach and develop BDM's through 1:1, feedback and ongoing reviews. Create and deliver weekly performance, using daily stats and behaviours to course-course and celebrate wins!
