Job Responsibilities:
The Service Manager oversees the daily operation of the service, focusing on promoting independence for the people supported and enabling them through innovative, person-centred, and flexible approaches.
You will provide motivational leadership and direction to your team, ensuring the delivery of quality, person-centred support. Building positive relationships with stakeholders and embodying our vision and values to deliver excellent service are key aspects of this role.
Your skills and experience will include:
* Reliability and commitment
* Professional and empathetic communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Ability to work well as part of a growing team
* Availability for sleep-ins, evening, and weekend work
* Must be a car driver and willing to travel across the region
* Care management experience is essential
* QCF Level 3 qualification, with a willingness to work towards Level 5
