* Lead and manage the engineering and project delivery teams to ensure consistent, high-quality installation of safety-critical systems
* Review and approve engineering designs to ensure compliance with standards and safety requirements
* Oversee the delivery and progress of major projects and special engineering solutions
* Drive ongoing development of existing products and support new product innovation
* Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for field and product issues
Product Safety & Compliance Manager
* Background in rail, automotive, manufacturing, or electro-mechanical environments
* Proven leadership experience managing engineers and project teams
* Strong technical authority in safety-critical systems
* Ability to lead, influence, and drive performance
