Are you an experienced Practice Manager with a background in financial services? My client, a well-established wealth management practice, is looking for a proactive and dedicated Practice Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading firm that offers a comprehensive range of services, including investment planning, retirement solutions, and tailored financial advice.
In this role, you will be supporting a wide range of clients, from those with modest investments to high-net-worth individuals, while ensuring smooth operations and compliance within the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Service & Case Management: Oversee client reviews from start to finish, liaising directly with clients, handling disinvestments, and ensuring smooth case management.
* Client Acquisition & Retention: Support the acquisition of new clients, retain existing relationships, and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
* HR & Office Management: Manage holiday requests, KPI reports, and payroll for the team. Ensure office compliance with regulatory standards and maintain an efficient and organised environment.
* Administration & Compliance: Use CRM systems to track new business, maintain project-driven approaches for legislative changes, and ensure all client documents are compliant and regularly updated.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience within a financial services practice, with a strong background in administration, paraplanning, and client servicing.
* HR experience with the ability to support staff development and ensure compliance.
* A proactive attitude with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong knowledge of pensions and investments, GDPR, and Cyber Essentials Plus.
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Enthusiasm for the financial services sector and a commitment to continuous professional development.

* Mandatory onboarding (including fraud, cyber security, and anti-money laundering)

* Support for further qualifications, including the Diploma in Financial Planning
