Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude, contributing to the smooth operation of our office environment. This role is essential in providing administrative support, ensuring efficient communication, and maintaining accurate records.

Duties

* Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
* Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
* Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
* Utilise Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation, data management, and communication.
* Support financial tasks using Garage Assistant 4 for invoicing and expense tracking.
* Organise meetings and prepare necessary materials or documentation.
* Ensure the office environment is tidy and organised at all times. and help cleaning rota.
* Instagram Posting and Facebook Posting and Google business profile and Whatsap messanger

Qualifications

* Previous office experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with administrative tasks. also very good knowledge of Instagram Posting and Facebook Posting and Google business profile and Whatsap
* Proficient computer skills including typing speed and accuracy.
* Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is essential.
* Knowledge of Garage Assistant 4 is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Attention to detail in data entry and record keeping is crucial.
* Previous clerical experience will be considered an asset. We welcome applications from individuals who are eager to contribute positively to our team while developing their skills in a supportive environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £24,420.00 per year

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
