OPERATIONS MANAGER
Salary: £34,000 per annum depending on experience
Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 17:30pm
Location: Hellesdon Hospital, Norwich, NR6 5BE with travel to other sites
G4S Facilities Management are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team, primarily based at Hellesdon Hospital in Norwich, with required travel to multiple associated sites. This is a full-time, opportunity where you will be fully responsible for ensuring service delivery to the Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust remains strictly within both contractual parameters and the defined G4S budget

* Support the Contract Manager (CM) and Supervisors in maintaining systems and policies necessary for full adherence to company, mandatory, and statutory fiscal processes.
* Take robust financial and commercial ownership of Locality budgets, maximizing profitability while minimizing commercial risk to G4S. Actively seek and implement savings where feasible.
* Manage expenditure and income within defined budgets to maximize profitability while consistently delivering high-quality service.
