The Compensation Lead Analyst will support the Europe Head of Compensation and Benefits in supporting the region. Candidate will also work with Global Rewards Team. The role requires the ability to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders both internal and external, across a complex and dynamic business environment. Key Responsibilities include: Play a key role in the education of company reward practices and programs, as well as total rewards perspective. Partner with talent acquisition and HRBP team to provide competitive offer recommendations. Complete annual Compensation surveys for Europe. Supports the company-wide annual compensation planning cycle and partner with Global Rewards Team and project team. Implement process improvements, initiatives and changes to improve current practices. Lead global rewards review for assigned countries. Act as Compensation and Benefits reference person in the assigned countries. Supports and provides direction to more junior professionals. Supports on IH Sales Compensation scope, and partner with enterprise Sales Compensation team. Manage compensation related requests, including role evaluation and salary reviews, maintaining the integrity of career architecture and salary planning framework. Get a deep understanding of each country current benefits package and stay alert of market practices. Conduct reviews to current benefits package as needed based on those findings and propose improvements (including vendors proposals and cost analysis). Understand local regulations linked to benefits for UK & Europe. Conduct in-depth analysis of reward related data as required (salary structures, market, employee data analysis, etc) Work with broader team on any Rewards related project. Skills and Experience: Agile thinking and adaptable to manage multi-project activities, and demanding timescales Experience of international compensation and/or benefits, ideally across the EMEA region Proficient IT skills, including advanced Excel knowledge, and experience of HRIS integration and reporting. Workday experience preferred.
