They are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join the team from September. This role will involve:
1. Delivering targeted English and Maths interventions for lower ability pupils
2. Supporting small groups of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
3. Assisting class teachers with planning and delivering differentiated learning activities
4. Promoting positive behaviour and engagement in learning
5. Contributing to the creation of a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment

What you'll need to succeed
6. Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
7. Proven experience supporting children in a primary school setting
8. Strong knowledge of intervention strategies in English and Maths
9. Experience working with children with SEN
10. A caring, patient, and proactive approach
11. Excellentmunication and teamwork skills
