Michael Poole are an award-winning estate agents based in Middlesbrough. They have been selling and renting properties across Teesside since 1994. Their staff consist of local people with extensive local knowledge guiding buyers, sellers, landlords and renters to move in our move out of their homes. They utilise the latest technology to share their property data across their network of offices – getting their latest listings to market across varied platforms and ensuring maximum exposure of the varied homes they offer for sale or to rent.
Michael Poole are looking to expand their team with a new Digital Marketing apprentice. Could you be that person?

Roles and Responsibilities will include:
* Conducting SEO on the company website and ensuring Keyword optimisation and image optimisation is upheld focusing on data analytics with the marketing department, evaluating campaign success, tracking SEO and maximising google analytics
* Social media management and content planning
* Responding to all enquiries on social media and through email S
* Scheduling and monitoring email marketing campaigns Creating blogs and social media posts
* Creating and managing paid ads across social media and google ads
* Assisting the marketing management in marketing strategy including market research and contributing new ideas to the team
Salary, Hours and Benefits:
* £14,722.50 per annum
* Monday to Friday 9am – 5.00pm
* 20 days holiday entitlement plus bank holidays (rises to 25 after 2 years’ service)

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
* Passion in SEO and Data in Marketing
* Desirable – completed college or online courses related to the industry
* Creative individual who can contribute fresh ideas
* Excellent organisational skills
* A keen interest in technology & digital marketing demonstrated through personal projects or independent study
* Must be a confident communicator
* Required Grades – Maths C/5, English C/4
Your Training with Baltic:
You will be enrolled in a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Multi-Channel Marketing, providing you with formal qualifications and practical skills. You’ll also have access to one-to-one mentoring sessions with senior team members and on-the-job training that aligns with your career goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
You must have the right to work in the UK, and valid residency status to apply for this apprenticeship.
