ThePlaceToBe are excited to be working closely with a full service digital agency to appoint an ambitious, confident Social Media Manager into their team. This is an agency that have been around and well-known since the early 80's! Starting off in advertising and over the years, really developing their niche and building on their strengths.
About the role...
This is a role to report directly into the senior leadership team. It is a stand alone role within the agency so we are looking for somebody to really make this role their own. We are looking for somebody who is very socially minded but who can use that knowledge to create content for other platforms when needed using both written and visual content.
What you’ll be doing day to day...
* Taking briefs internally and externally
* Turning those briefs into strategy, content calendars and seeing it through execution too
* Ensuring there is consistency with brands across the major platforms and channels
* Work closely with creative and in-house production teams to lean on them for any more complex pieces
About you...
We are looking for somebody who is well-versed in the end to end management of social media. You will have experience working in agency and working quickly and independently. Although you will have a couple of years under your belt, you will still be happy to be actively involved in the day to day delivery. This agency are very well immersed in the pharmaceutical and healthcare space, and as such - it would be good if you have experience in a similar industry.
What we're looking for...
* 4-5 years experience in Social Media
* Confident in shooting content on camera and iPhone
* Demonstrable experience in ideation, strategy and execution
* Somebody who can work at pace and independently
