Protocol Education is working with a well-established specialist provision in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, to recruit a passionate and experienced KS2 Teacher with a strong background in SEND and SEMH.

About the Role:
* Plan and deliver high-quality, personalised lessons across core subjects, including English, Maths, and Science
* Support individual learning through tailored Individual Learning Plans (ILPs)
* Contribute to EHCP reviews, PEP meetings, and progress tracking
* Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals
* Uphold safeguarding and wellbeing as a key priority
Role Details:
* Location: Shrewsbury, Shropshire
* Salary: £31,443 – £41,138 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
* Contract: Full-time, permanent
* Start Date: ASAP or negotiable for the right candidate
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree
* Experience teaching Key Stage 2 across a range of subjects
* Strong knowledge of SEND and SEMH approaches
* Confident in behaviour management and inclusive teaching strategies
* Familiarity with assessment frameworks and progress monitoring
* A positive, resilient, and child-centred approach
Desirable:
* A qualification in psychology or a higher-level degree
