Responsibilities

* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment.
* Train new kitchen staff in food production techniques, safety protocols, and restaurant policies.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
* Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate innovative techniques into the menu.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques.
* Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire kitchen staff.
* In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
* Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in both food presentation and kitchen operations.
