AR Compliance Manager opportunity working with a top performing specialty insurer operating within the Lloyd’s market. You will support on the transition, management, and oversight of Appointed Representatives (ARs) to ensure full regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage applications and authorisation processes for ARs, including onboarding and transition.
* Oversee AR networks, conduct due diligence, and ensure ongoing FCA compliance.
* Support compliance integration for acquired businesses and assist with daily operations.
* Review financial promotions and customer journeys for ICOBS compliance.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (FCA, BIBA, MGAA, etc.).
* Prepare regulatory reports and updates for senior management and the AR Committee.
* Maintain policies, procedures, and controls in line with regulatory requirements.
* Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
* Extensive compliance experience within insurance managing the onboarding, oversight and monitoring of new and existing ARs.
* Strong knowledge of FCA rules (PRIN, ICOBS, SYSC, SUP) and AR frameworks.
