Mitie Technical Services - Customer Service Planner
Location: Whiteley office
Objectives and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for planning jobs to ensure success within a timeframe set by the demand lead. This includes ensuring access clearance, booking engineers with the appropriate skills, noting required spares, and flagging any risks to the timeline to the demand lead.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Escalating support when access issues prevent success
* Implementing changes to prevent failed engineer time
* Collaborating with the Operations Manager and demand lead to keep all requests within SLA
* Completing engineer work schedules
* Optimizing utilization, efficiency, and productivity of field engineers using standard times and scheduling tools to complete all PPMs within the month
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate should have an understanding of supply chain and basic planning processes such as ordering, production, and delivery. Knowledge of Maximo or similar CAFM systems and experience with business in-house systems and Microsoft Office is desirable.
