Anglian Learning is seeking a proactive and experienced Estates and Operations Manager to join our expanding Shared Services team. This new role has been created in response to the Trust's expected growth to 22 schools in January 2026, complimenting two existing postholders.
You'll play a key role in ensuring our primary academies offer safe, sustainable, and inspiring environments for learning. Working closely with site staff, headteachers, and the Head of Estates, you'll lead on compliance, capital projects, facilities management, and sustainability initiatives. You'll also support contract management and contribute to strategic planning across the Trust.
This is a dynamic, Trust-wide role requiring regular travel and strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. You'll be part of a collaborative team committed to excellence and continuous improvement.
