About the role
We have an excellent opportunity for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team at Sytner Select Warrington.
As a Sytner Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer care and act as the vital link between our customers and the workshop. Your responsibilities include informing and consulting on vehicle servicing, keeping customers updated at every stage, and answering any questions they may have. You will liaise with technicians and workshop control about vehicle statuses to ensure timely readiness. Additionally, you will offer the best advice on our products and services.
This role requires excellent customer care skills, the ability to build rapport, and to identify customer needs. Sytner Service Advisors work flexible schedules, often including weekends, to deliver the highest levels of service.
About you
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and administrative skills, attention to detail, and a strong customer service background, especially within a retail environment. Knowledge of Kerridge is advantageous but not essential. Prior experience in customer service within a retail setting is required.
