Role Description
The Systems Support Analyst will be the on-site pharmacy systems specialist, ensuring the smooth running of core operational technologies across the pharmacy. These include Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP, Robopharma automation, and our own pick/pack software.
From triaging incidents to coordinating releases, you’ll be the go-to contact for warehouse and fulfillment tech - keeping orders flowing, inventory accurate, and users productive.
Responsibilities
* Systems Support & Incident Management: Provide first and second-line support for our ERP, WMS, courier integrations, robot automation, and bespoke software used in the operation. Monitor system health, resolve incidents within SLA, manage users in Dynamics 365, and escalate defects with clear replication steps.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the voice of operational staff, representing their needs and blockers to technical teams.
* Change, Release & Testing: Coordinate patches, enhancements, and version upgrades; support smoke testing and user acceptance testing during releases.
* Requirements & Continuous Improvement: Gather pain points and feature requests, translate them into functional specifications, and work with Product and Development to prioritise. Identify recurring issues and propose permanent fixes or process improvements.
* Documentation & Training: Maintain SOPs, reference guides, configuration documents, and knowledge-base content. Deliver hands-on training to new users and following system changes.
Qualifications
* Degree, HND, or apprenticeship in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field - or equivalent hands-on experience.
* 3+ years’ experience supporting ERP/WMS systems in warehouse, e-commerce, pharmacy, or manufacturing environments.
* Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central (user admin, configuration, troubleshooting).
* Proven triage, ticketing, and cross-team liaison skills.
* Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate (MB-800) is a plus.
