Our client is a real estate specialist with a passion for technology. They have industry leading tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Anaplan at their disposal and have created a robust, data-driven reporting framework to provide their LP's with real-time and accurate performance analysis.
Key responsibilities :
* Fund Accounting oversight
* Accounting for new transactions, dealing with SPA and NAV adjustments
* Year-end accounting for funds, reviewing the quarterly and year-end accounts
* Managing 3rd party service providers
* Preparing cash forecasting, managing capital calls and distributions
Requirements:
* ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualified
* Real Estate industry experience
* Real Estate fund Accounting experience is essential
