Job Description:
Carbon Activated Europe, part of the Carbon Activated Group, a leading global manufacturer and distributor of activated carbon products, is seeking a Key Account Sales Manager to join our expanding European sales team. This role involves managing major accounts across the UK and Europe, working closely with regional sales teams and distribution networks.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of activated carbon sales management experience in sectors such as Air Filtration, Biogas, Chemicals, Food and Beverage, Remediation, Water, and Wastewater Treatment. The role demands a proven track record in growing accounts through sales expertise, technical knowledge, and strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
* Current or previous role as a Key Account or Account Manager seeking broader responsibilities.
* Experience in relevant sectors and managing UK and European accounts.
* Willingness to travel 25-50% across Europe for client visits, trade shows, and training.
* Degree in Chemistry or related Science, with additional business qualifications preferred.
* Strong leadership skills to manage and develop external teams.
* Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, with excellent communication, IT, and organizational skills.
