We are currently looking for a Part-time kitchen Porter with a passion for
hospitality to be part of our team in this brand new kitchen. Taking ownership for
outstanding service delivery and an impeccable guest experience, you will
contribute to the success of the venue by ensuring the team consistently

Key
Responsibilities:
* Assist the head chef in all areas of service and kitchen duties.
* Ensure all kitchen
procedures are followed and all a standards are upheld.
* Ensure strict and rigid
cleaning schedule.
* Excel in a busy kitchen environment.
* Have a good relationship
with all staff within the hotel and restaurant.
* Be comfortable working alone
and as part of a team.
* Complete day to day kitchen
duties i.e. basic prep, cleaning, deliveries etc.
* Work closely with the head
chef in all aspects of the kitchen and wider hotel .
* To be an ambassador for the
hotel/ hospitality industry and the IHG hotel brand.
