What You’ll Do
* Provide first‑line technical support across the office
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
* Support device setups, repairs, and refurb processes
* Assist with user accounts, access, and security procedures
* Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements
Who You Are
* Good foundational IT knowledge (Windows, troubleshooting, devices)
* Strong communicator with good organisational skills
* Practical, proactive, and great with people
* Comfortable working on‑site full time (Mon–Fri)
* Keen to grow within a fast‑moving tech environment
